80% of Canarian companies benefited from the European ‘Open Calls’ as a result of the training and proposals preparation programme offered by the ITC in 2021 and from which a second edition will be offered from next January 27 aimed at innovative SMEs of the Islands

Following the successful first edition of the training programme on 'European R&D+i funding for SMEs', in which 4 of the 5 proposals submitted by Canarian companies received the sum of 370.000 euros through the 'Open Calls' funding mechanism, the Canary Islands Institute of Technology (ITC), attached to the Ministry of Economy, Knowledge and Employment of the Canary Islands Government, organizes a second edition -together with the consulting firm Carsa- that will begin on January 27 and will be extended in three phases until February 17 this year.
