Structure
In compliance with the provisions of the Resolution of November 14, 2019, which provides the publication of the Agreement that gives instructions to the representatives of the Government in the General Meetings and Boards of Directors of public mercantile societies related to management personnel, published in the Official Journal of the Canary Islands, on November 21, 2019, the governance and management bodies of the company are the following:

Ms Elena Máñez Rodríguez, Minister of Economy, Knowledge and Employment, is the Canary Government representative at the Company Shareholders’ Assembly, since 100% of ITC shares and equity belong to the Canaries Autonomous Community.

Management Bodies
Today, Company Top Management is made up of Management together with the departments and resources assigned to them, likewise pursuant to the guidelines set and delegation of powers established by the Board of the Directors is responsible for managing and co-ordinating the Body’s resources; to ensure correct planning, execution and follow-up of ITC activities to carry out its mission. Moreover it is responsible for rendering horizontal internal services demanded by the organisation, establishing the company economic-financial policy, ensuring correct management and justification of subsidies, ensuring contracting pursuant to applicable regulations, rendering the necessary legal support, planning and co-ordinating human resources policy, rendering the necessary technical services for correct use of computer and communication systems, besides efficiently managing the body’s assets.
