Training in Techniques of Minimally-Invasive Surgery

Minimally-invasive surgery. Connection between medicine and the Patient.

Description

Within the framework of the Minimally-Invasive Technology, Motiva, in the field of Reconstructive and Regenerative Minimally-Invasive Surgery, the EDUCA project is being offered, which has as its objective the training and practice of techniques of minimally-invasive surgery and reconstruction.

On this line, the concept of education is wide, with adaptation of professionals to new techniques occupying the basic training of students at universities and the technological updating at all levels in health.

For this purpose, we propose the use of computer simulation technology. We have a space on the Mother-and-Child Island University Hospital Complex for ongoing training and the development of training packages which answer the current demand.

Advantages

The training with technology complements the chain of training of the staff linked with the health sector, developing and strengthening the surgical skills at no human cost.
